- Define and execute the company's AI and Quantum integration strategy for the 2026 release cycle.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers, quantum physicists, and software engineers.
- Oversee the development of proprietary neural networks optimized for quantum processors.
- Ensure ethical AI standards and data privacy compliance in all high-stakes deployments.
- Present technical roadmaps to C-level executives and global stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML leadership roles with a focus on scaling.
- Deep understanding of Quantum computing concepts (Qubits, Superposition, Entanglement) and their application to AI.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects and budgets.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and edge computing architectures.
