Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to create a long-term vision for AI integration, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Oversee the design and implementation of robust machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage and mentor a diverse team of data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers to ensure project success.
- Drive Innovation: Research and prototype cutting-edge AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision, ensuring competitive advantage.
- Optimize Performance: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve model accuracy, speed, and resource utilization.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in and funding.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into technical strategies and vice versa.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and delivering scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
