- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions across enterprise operations
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols for scalable deployment
- Identify emerging AI trends and competitive threats through quantitative analysis
- Present strategic AI initiatives to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Mentor AI talent and foster innovation within our R&D ecosystem
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and AI research consortia
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions
- Deep expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and quantum computing
- Published research in AI ethics, explainable AI, or human-centered design
- Experience with AI governance frameworks (NIST, EU AI Act compliance)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Strategic business acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
