Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy roles
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent industry impact
- Proven track record scaling AI teams to 50+ members across 3+ continents
- Expertise in federated learning, ethical AI frameworks, and quantum algorithms
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Strategic partnerships with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar organizations
