Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap, aligning with corporate growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams of ML engineers, data scientists, and product managers
- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ annual AI investment budget
- Drive adoption of generative AI across finance, healthcare, and logistics verticals
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks and compliance protocols
- Identify emerging AI trends (neuromorphic computing, AGI) for strategic integration
- Present quarterly AI impact reports to board members and investors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives to $100M+ ARR impact
- Expertise in LLM deployment, MLOps, and generative AI frameworks
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent industry impact
- PhD in Computer Science/ML or equivalent technical leadership experience
- Experience securing federal AI research grants (DARPA, NSF)
- Strong background in AI ethics and regulatory compliance (GDPR, AI Act)
- Public speaking experience at global tech conferences (WSJ Tech Live, Collision)
