Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in next-gen AI architectures (2026 roadmap)
- Develop novel deep learning frameworks for quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize AI models for neuromorphic chips
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Drive ethical AI standards and responsible innovation frameworks
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional AI teams
- Translate theoretical concepts into scalable production systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in advanced ML research with 3+ publications at NeurIPS/ICML
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Experience deploying AI models at scale (10M+ user systems)
- Strong background in theoretical computer science and complexity theory
