Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry research experience
- Published record in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with ≥10 peer-reviewed papers
- Expertise in transformer architectures, diffusion models, and reinforcement learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Demonstrated experience securing federal or corporate research funding
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
