Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize AI model deployment on quantum processors
- Publish top-tier conference papers and secure patents in AI/ML domains
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years of experience in neural network optimization and quantum computing
- Published record at NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent tier-1 conferences
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and C++ for high-performance systems
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and transfer learning
- Proven ability to lead complex multi-disciplinary research projects
