Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning models for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Lead breakthrough research in generative AI and multimodal learning architectures
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to develop hybrid AI-quantum algorithms
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation in our AI incubation lab
- Translate theoretical research into scalable production solutions with 99.9% reliability
- Develop ethical AI frameworks aligned with 2026 global regulatory standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of industry research experience with 3+ publications in AI/ML venues
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed ML frameworks (Horovod, DeepSpeed)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and diffusion models
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in AI ethics, fairness, and explainable AI techniques
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex research roadmaps
