Responsibilities

- Algorithm Development: Develop and refine proprietary algorithms that leverage quantum superposition and entanglement to solve problems currently deemed unsolvable.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, hardware engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into cutting-edge technical solutions.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct extensive research on emerging quantum hardware and AI frameworks to identify integration opportunities and competitive advantages.
- System Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot latency issues, and implement optimization strategies to enhance computational efficiency.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the technical team.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years specifically focused on quantum computing or advanced AI integration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA. Experience with quantum programming languages such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Quil.
- Machine Learning: Deep understanding of machine learning models, neural networks, and their application to high-dimensional data spaces.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and innovate under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
