Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for AI optimization and simulation
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks for real-world applications
- Collaborate with physicists to translate quantum phenomena into practical computing solutions
- Create fault-tolerant quantum error correction systems for scalable AI models
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and quantum-enhanced deep learning

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Demonstrated expertise in quantum error correction and algorithm design
