Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance AI architectures integrating quantum algorithms with classical machine learning pipelines.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 product roadmap, identifying emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Neural Network Optimization: Optimize deep learning models for low-latency environments, ensuring real-time decision-making capabilities for autonomous systems.
- Security & Ethics: Define robust security protocols for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and ensure ethical AI compliance in automated decision-making.
- Collaborative Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Prototyping: Build and validate rapid prototypes for new AI paradigms, validating feasibility before full-scale production deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, C++, and CUDA programming. Experience with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks is highly desirable.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems that handle massive scale and high concurrency.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
