Responsibilities
- Architect scalable AI/ML systems leveraging quantum-enhanced algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Design federated learning frameworks across distributed quantum-classical hybrid infrastructures
- Lead implementation of real-time inference pipelines at edge nodes with sub-millisecond latency
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Optimize neural network architectures for neuromorphic computing platforms
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to co-design AI-accelerated processors
- Establish CI/CD pipelines for MLOps with automated model versioning and rollback protocols
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with proven deployment of models processing >10TB data/day
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning algorithms (QAOA, VQE, quantum neural networks)
- Proficiency in building distributed systems using Kubernetes, gRPC, and Apache Kafka
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or equivalent patents
- Hands-on experience with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, Intel HPS) or quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Fluency in ethical AI frameworks and responsible AI development practices
