Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in AI/ML with 5+ years in production environments
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms and neuromorphic system design
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling ML systems to 10M+ user interactions
- Deep understanding of generative AI architectures (GPT, Diffusion Models)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation
- Strong background in cloud-native AI infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Ability to secure $2M+ in R&D funding for 2026 technology initiatives
