Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge ML architectures for next-gen autonomous systems
- Lead quantum-enhanced AI algorithm development in our hybrid computing environment
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for deployment in regulated industries (healthcare, finance)
- Collaborate with neuromorphic hardware engineers to optimize edge-AI solutions
- Drive innovation in explainable AI techniques for high-stakes decision systems
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging AI paradigms
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI/ML conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) and quantum programming
- Published research in top-tier ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Experience with neuromorphic computing and spiking neural networks
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
- Proven track record of deploying production ML systems at scale
- Experience with federated learning and privacy-preserving techniques
