- Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years of applied ML experience
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems serving 1M+ users
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and causal inference
- Published research at NeurIPS/ICML or equivalent tier conferences
- Experience leading AI initiatives in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
