Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for AI-driven societal transformation scenarios post-2025
- Architect ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems in critical infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on technology adoption roadmaps
- Produce strategic white papers on quantum computing implications for global supply chains
- Partner with academic institutions to establish 2026 technology forecasting protocols
- Design human-centric AI training curricula for next-generation workforce development
- Advocate for policy frameworks balancing innovation with equitable digital access
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years applied AI research
- Proven track record in forecasting technology impacts (publications/patents preferred)
- Deep expertise in generative adversarial networks and federated learning architectures
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act, ACM Code of Ethics)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking for large-scale technological transitions
- Familiarity with neuro-symbolic AI and neuromorphic computing paradigms
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
