Responsibilities
- Design and lead AI research initiatives targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating advanced AI into enterprise ecosystems
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to pioneer hybrid AI-quantum algorithms
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with robotics, bio-engineering, and neuroscience experts
- Author thought leadership publications for industry journals and conferences
- Mentor next-generation AI talent through our Horizon Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in at least two: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or AGI safety
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major AI innovations deployed at scale
- Experience with strategic technology roadmapping for Fortune 500 companies
