Our 2026 roadmap includes pioneering neuro-symbolic AI integration and developing ethical guardrails for AGI development.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Design quantum-resistant algorithms for next-gen autonomous systems
- Conduct foresight analysis on AI's societal impact across 15+ industries
- Architect ethical frameworks for AGI development and deployment
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Partner with academic institutions on AI-human symbiosis research
- Develop patent-pending technologies for 2026-era cognitive computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in AI research with 3+ years in strategic foresight roles
- Published work in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum machine learning
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven track record of leading AI projects with $10M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and post-human development
