Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ AI roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic processors, and ethical frameworks
- Lead research initiatives in autonomous decision-making systems and human-AI collaboration models
- Architect strategic partnerships with academia, government, and industry for future tech adoption
- Present findings to C-suite executives and policy influencers on AI's societal impact
- Mentor cross-functional teams in implementing next-gen AI architectures
- Author thought leadership papers on AI governance and responsible innovation
- Identify emerging technologies with 5-7 year commercialization potential
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurism with 8+ years of research leadership
- Published work in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in autonomous systems, neural-symbolic AI, and AGI safety frameworks
- Experience with quantum computing algorithms and neuromorphic hardware
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Track record of securing $5M+ in research grants or venture funding
- Deep understanding of global AI policy landscapes and regulatory trends
