Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era AI governance frameworks and ethical protocols
- Architect neural interfaces for seamless human-AI symbiosis
- Forecast technological disruptions and roadmap adoption strategies
- Partner with quantum computing teams to optimize AI training protocols
- Present findings to C-suite executives and government technology councils
- Secure patents for breakthrough AI-human collaboration methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging AI ethics and quantum AI
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futurism with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuro-symbolic AI
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems to 10M+ user bases
- Deep expertise in AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with quantum computing architectures (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and emerging AI SDKs
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
