Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 AI innovation roadmap with measurable impact on product development
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-ML hybrid systems for healthcare and climate modeling
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions (Stanford, MIT, Caltech) for joint research initiatives
- Translate complex AI concepts into investor-ready whitepapers and public speaking engagements at TechCrunch Disrupt
- Champion ethical AI frameworks aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Mentor junior researchers while maintaining hands-on coding proficiency in PyTorch and TensorFlow
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years of applied research in quantum machine learning
- Published work in Nature Machine Intelligence or top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Proven track record of commercializing AI innovations (2+ products with >$10M ARR)
- Expertise in federated learning, explainable AI, and adversarial robustness techniques
- Experience securing federal grants (NSF, DARPA) and corporate partnerships
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Certification in AI Ethics from IEEE or equivalent governance body
