Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our technology roadmap, focusing on Generative AI, predictive analytics, and next-gen automation.
- Architect Future Solutions: Design scalable, robust architectural blueprints for AI-driven products that anticipate market shifts and user needs.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and strategic thinking.
- Feasibility & Innovation: Conduct rigorous research and feasibility studies on emerging technologies to identify high-impact opportunities for the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-level technical initiatives.
- Integration Strategy: Oversee the integration of AI solutions into existing legacy systems to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI architecture, or product strategy, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and machine learning pipelines.
- Cloud Mastery: Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate business objectives into long-term technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, high-stakes engineering problems.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
