Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Future of Work Strategy aligned with the company's 2026 vision and business objectives.
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and automation tools to optimize workflow efficiency and employee productivity.
- Design and implement hybrid work models that balance remote flexibility with in-person collaboration and culture building.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to anticipate shifts in labor markets, technology, and workforce demographics.
- Partner with HR and Leadership to create upskilling and reskilling programs that prepare our workforce for an AI-driven future.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives as a core component of our long-term strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or organizational development, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives within large-scale organizations.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Machine Learning) and their implications for the workforce.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Organizational Psychology, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Certification in Strategic Planning or Change Management is a plus.
