Responsibilities
- Define the AI Roadmap: Create and communicate a comprehensive vision for AI integration across all product lines, ensuring alignment with the company's mission for 2026.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives focused on Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Predictive Analytics to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the deployment of robust AI systems that can handle billions of data points in real-time.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic value propositions for C-suite executives and investors.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or data science leadership roles.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading AI transformation projects from conception to production.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing and Neuromorphic Engineering.
