Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging ethical challenges in AI deployment
- Design audit protocols for algorithmic bias and fairness in high-stakes applications
- Shape policy recommendations for regulatory bodies and industry coalitions
- Establish ethical redlines for AI development partnerships and acquisitions
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI implementation practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years applied AI ethics experience
- Proven track record in developing ethical frameworks for large-scale AI deployments
- Expertise in regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI
- Experience leading ethics initiatives in Fortune 500 tech companies
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Certification in Responsible AI from recognized institutions (e.g., Stanford HAI, MIT-IBM)
