Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI systems (2026 roadmap)
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI algorithms for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop corporate policies aligning with evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Create stakeholder engagement strategies for ethical AI adoption across industries
- Produce thought leadership on responsible AI through white papers and industry forums
- Mentor junior researchers in ethics-first AI development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (Master's + 5 years experience acceptable)
- Proven expertise in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., ACM Code of Ethics, EU Guidelines)
- Experience with regulatory compliance for emerging technologies (2026-readiness focus)
- Strong background in machine learning fundamentals and system design
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Published work in AI ethics or technology policy (peer-reviewed journals preferred)
- Experience with stakeholder management across government, industry, and academia
