Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in 2026 product lines
- Lead cross-functional ethics audits for AI algorithms and data pipelines
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for machine learning models across diverse demographics
- Create stakeholder communication strategies for ethical AI transparency initiatives
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Mentor junior team members on ethical AI development methodologies
- Represent Nexus Horizon in industry ethics coalitions and regulatory discussions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible tech, or compliance with proven impact
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and global AI governance trends
- Technical proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and bias detection tools
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across engineering, legal, and public policy teams
- Published research or practical implementations in AI ethics or algorithmic fairness
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech landscape including quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
