Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for quantum computing systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics reviews for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Develop real-time bias detection systems for neural network training pipelines
- Advise C-suite executives on ethical implications of AI product launches
- Create industry standards for transparent AI explainability in high-stakes domains
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to shape emerging AI legislation
- Mentor junior researchers on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years' experience
- Proven track record in AI ethics governance or algorithmic auditing
- Expertise in quantum computing ethics and neural network interpretability
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex ethical concepts to technical/non-technical audiences
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics or philosophy journals
- Experience with stakeholder engagement in high-impact AI deployments
