Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, policy development, or governance
- Expertise in bias detection and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Strong understanding of regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work or research in AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Proficiency in Python or R for algorithmic bias analysis
- Certification in AI ethics governance preferred
