Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for 2026 product launches
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments on machine learning models
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development pipelines
- Advise C-suite on regulatory compliance and emerging ethical standards
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI design principles
- Represent the company at industry panels on AI governance and ethics
- Proactively identify and mitigate societal risks in AI deployments
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Proficiency in Python for bias auditing tools
- Strong background in policy development or regulatory affairs
