Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's ethical implications
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g., Nature Machine Intelligence)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills across technical/non-technical audiences
- Track record of developing ethical AI governance policies
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies
