Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Develop ethical training programs for engineering teams
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption with stakeholders and regulators
- Lead research on emerging ethical challenges in generative AI
- Create transparency reports for AI decision-making systems
- Partner with legal teams on compliance with evolving AI regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible innovation
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulatory trends
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across diverse teams
- Strong background in policy analysis and regulatory compliance
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology preferred
