What you'll do:
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Develop policy guidelines for AI deployment in high-stakes industries
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Author thought leadership on emerging ethical challenges in AI

Responsibilities
- Establish cross-functional ethics review boards for AI projects
- Quantify algorithmic bias using fairness metrics and mitigation techniques
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical design principles
- Monitor evolving AI regulations and compliance requirements
- Develop training programs for engineers on ethical AI development
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and conferences
- Author white papers on societal impact of emerging AI capabilities
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in fairness metrics (Demographic Parity, Equalized Odds)
- Published research on algorithmic bias or AI ethics frameworks
- Experience with ML model interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME)
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and ISO/IEC 42001
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
