Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or governance roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML models
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42071 and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Strong background in policy development and regulatory landscapes
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts to executive audiences
- Certification in Responsible AI or Ethics (e.g., CERP, CEPP)
