Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Ethics with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large language models
- Published research on AI ethics in top-tier journals (e.g., Nature AI, ACM FAccT)
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks for ethical auditing
- Demonstrated success influencing AI policy at enterprise or governmental level
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
