Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ethical design principles
- Lead stakeholder engagements on AI ethics policies and compliance
- Research and anticipate ethical challenges in next-generation AI applications
- Train cross-functional teams on responsible AI deployment practices
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics and societal impact
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible tech initiatives
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for ML models
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable policies
- Experience with stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
