Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or technology ethics leadership
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act and evolving US regulatory frameworks
- Proven experience implementing bias mitigation in ML systems
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical ethics discussions
- Published work on AI ethics or relevant conference presentations
- Proficiency in ethical AI toolkits (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
