Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, policy development, or ethics roles
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Proven track record of influencing technical teams through ethical frameworks
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI governance trends
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or contributions to AI ethics literature preferred
