Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for enterprise-level deployments
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments on machine learning models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI pipelines
- Advise C-suite executives on regulatory compliance and governance strategies
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams with ethical principles
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Author thought leadership publications on responsible AI adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years' experience
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, IEEE 7000)
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI solutions in production environments
- Strong background in statistical analysis and machine learning model evaluation
- Certification in Responsible AI or similar governance credential preferred
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams
- Prior publications in top-tier ethics or AI journals
- Deep understanding of societal implications of autonomous technologies
