Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI development lifecycles
- Advocate for transparent AI practices through stakeholder education and policy advocacy
- Lead cross-functional task forces addressing emerging ethical dilemmas in generative AI
- Establish KPIs to measure AI fairness, accountability, and transparency outcomes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance roles
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and algorithmic fairness assessment
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical, legal, and policy domains
- Published work or demonstrable impact in AI ethics research or practice
