Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks across all products
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycle
- Advise leadership on regulatory compliance and emerging AI ethics standards
- Create educational materials for stakeholders on responsible AI practices
- Lead cross-functional working groups on AI ethics and societal impact
- Monitor and report on AI ethics KPIs and improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible technology roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics for ML models
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience developing ethical AI policies and implementation strategies
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published work or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
