Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 3+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics or machine learning conferences
- Expertise in fairness metrics, bias mitigation techniques, and adversarial robustness
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python and ethical auditing tools (IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy implementations
- Strong background in applied philosophy or technology ethics
