Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional audits of AI bias and fairness across 15+ product lines
- Develop predictive models for societal impact of AI deployments
- Partner with policy teams to shape industry standards for AI transparency
- Establish real-time monitoring systems for ethical compliance in production AI
- Mentor a diverse team of 8+ ethics researchers and engineers
- Present findings to C-suite and regulatory bodies quarterly
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech development
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in Python with ethical AI toolkits (e.g., Aequitas, Fairlearn)
- Experience with quantum computing ethics research
- Track record of influencing enterprise AI policy
- Certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or similar
