- Author white papers on AI governance for international policy summits
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with emerging global AI regulations
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI research methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI research experience
- Published work on algorithmic bias or AI governance in top-tier journals (e.g., Nature AI, ACM FAccT)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python with experience in fairness libraries (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies or industry coalitions
- Track record of translating ethical principles into technical implementations
