Responsibilities
- Lead development of ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum computing applications

- Design transparency protocols for explainable AI (XAI) implementations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into product lifecycles
- Author industry guidelines for responsible AI deployment in regulated sectors
- Mentor junior researchers on ethical technology principles
- Present findings at international AI ethics symposiums and regulatory hearings
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or fairness in ML systems
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Proficiency with Python and ML libraries for bias analysis
- Experience with quantum computing ethics considerations
- Strong background in cross-functional stakeholder management
- Demonstrated history of translating complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
