Responsibilities

- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI ethics journals
- Mentor PhD researchers in responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics or responsible AI governance
- Published work at NeurIPS/ICML/FAccT conferences
- Expertise in fairness metrics and bias detection algorithms
- Experience with EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex ethics into technical specs
