Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement ethical-by-design principles in product development
- Advocate for transparent AI practices through stakeholder engagement and public policy submissions
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and adapt compliance strategies
- Lead cross-functional ethics review boards for high-impact AI deployments
- Drive organizational culture shift through ethics training and awareness programs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Public Policy, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, tech ethics, or regulatory compliance roles
- Expertise in global AI regulations (OECD AI Principles, EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven experience implementing ethical AI guidelines in production environments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical abilities for algorithmic bias detection and mitigation
- Published work or thought leadership in AI ethics, responsible innovation, or digital governance
