Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Public Policy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech policy roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI Framework, and emerging global regulations
- Experience with bias detection tools (IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or policy
