- Author thought leadership papers on AI ethics for industry conferences
- Collaborate with R&D teams to embed ethical safeguards into product development
- Represent company at global AI policy summits and regulatory hearings
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, Public Policy, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience)
- 7+ years in AI ethics, policy development, or regulatory affairs
- Proven expertise in developing ethical AI frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Deep understanding of autonomous systems and generative AI risks
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies or regulatory agencies
- Strong publication record in AI ethics or technology policy journals
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
